I've got a Williams Belgian Triple that will be in primary for 3 weeks this weekend. I'm racking to secondary on Sat. What temp should I keep it at in secondary and for how long should it sit in secondary before bottling? I normally follow the 2-2-3 for my other ales and keep the secondary around 68* or so..
