So where I live we have a pub called O'Doherty's Irish Grille, The have what you would expect from an Irish themed bar. But when I went there today I was feeling adventurous. They allow you to make your own mixed beer concoction...I decided to give it a shot and had them make me a Rogue dead guy/Guinness stout mixture...
It was beautiful...from the first gulp to the last. Never had anything like it. And apparently the bar hasnt either. The bartender made one for himself and upon falling in love asked me what to call it.
I dubbed it "The dead Guinness." I am sure it has been done before but apparently not where I live.
Just looking for others that might have tried it and those who are true adventure seekers when it comes to beer.
