I really like the biscuity nose in this beer. Anyone know or could conjecture what the "three aromatic malts" mentioned on their web site might be? Couldn't come up with a clone recipe.
I'm assuming biscuit, but I'm not skilled at identifying. Vienna, aromatic, victory?
This is a munich style helles. I love the grainy, biscuity aroma. Smells like my brew day.
