so i use a converted keg as a boil vessel. the thing is i never actually have an idea how much wort i've run into my kettle. i know how much i put in my mash tun, i know how much i absorbed in the mash, and i know how much i sparged with. am i to assume that i collect the sums of these? or is there some kind of way to measure in a converted keg? i am specifically wondering about the rings on the BMC brand kegs.

bottom ring = 5 gallons
top ring = 10 gallons

I brew 11 gallon batches so I shoot for just above the top of the top ring after the boil. It takes a few tries to get it down without using your mash stick for measuring.
