Not a combination of malt and hops together, but malt+malt and hop + hop combos

I used to be fond of crystal 60 and victory, but I just tapped a brown ale that had a combo of special roast and victory and all I can say is Damn, Its like a party in my mouth and everyone is....well you get the picture. I love the tangy, nutty, biscuity flavor, so I will probably be using both in some amount in alot of my brews.

My favorite hop combo hands down is Simcoe/Amarillo/Cascade. They are great in American IPAs as it creates a grapefruit like bitterness and flavor.

What are your favorite combos?

Hard to say but I like to combine Vienna & a little bit of 60L in my IPA, it gives it a good malt backbone without added sweetness. Munich & 60L is pretty nice too. Favorite hop combo to date would be Simcoe & Amarillo, but in my next APA I'll be trying Simcoe & Cascade with a Two row/Munich/60l grain bill.
