Can someone convert this recipe for me into cups? or at least close to it. I really don't understand the oz to cup ratio.

Thanks a bunch

8 1/2 ounces all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3 whole eggs
3/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
8 ounces sugar
10 ounces grated parsnips

Use your hops scale.

No offense, very handy for baking. Most of the really good bread recipes measure flour by weight, not by volume.

Also very handy when your recipe calls for 3.2% Saaz and 8.3% Glacier is what you got.

It's a good tool to have.
