Got this recipe from my local HBS..An IPA

1/4# Malted Wheat
1/4# American Munich
3/4# British Mild Malt
6oz American Victory
6oz Belgian Cara Munich
1tsp brew saltz
1tsp Irish Moss
6.6# Pale liquid malt extract
1# Light dry malt extract

3oz New Zealand sSuper Alpha
1oz 60 for minutes
1oz for 30 minutes
1oz for 5 minutes

Wyeast1318 London Ale III

Smells AWSOME right about now, 30 minutes into the boil :ban:
 
Interested to hear what you think about the hops after you taste the finished product. Do you plan on dry hopping? (I'm an IPA nut) :p Another lb of LDME and that would be just about right for me. :)
