Brewing this tonight...

Got this recipe from my local HBS..An IPA

1/4# Malted Wheat
1/4# American Munich
3/4# British Mild Malt
6oz American Victory
6oz Belgian Cara Munich
1tsp brew saltz
1tsp Irish Moss
6.6# Pale liquid malt extract
1# Light dry malt extract

3oz New Zealand sSuper Alpha
1oz 60 for minutes
1oz for 30 minutes
1oz for 5 minutes

Wyeast1318 London Ale III

Smells AWSOME right about now, 30 minutes into the boil

Interested to hear what you think about the hops after you taste the finished product. Do you plan on dry hopping? (I'm an IPA nut) Another lb of LDME and that would be just about right for me.
