When I was brewing my ESB I forgot to put in some Irish moss in. I am bringing it to a party where other peoples homebrew will be served and I want it damn clear. I will have 3 weeks after fermentation is complete til the day I have to serve it. And 2 weeks of that will be in the keg carbing.
What's the best way to get it clear?

If you can cold crash, add gelatin, cold crash, and rack off a few days later. It will be crystal clear! Personally, I'd say eff it.

Do you have to cold crash it? I have a lager taking up my freezer.

In reading through this thread it appears folks have had success without cold crashing. It just seems to take longer. I personally haven't tried this so good luck!

What I plan to do is rack to secondary. Let it sit for a week, then rack to the keg that is going in the fridge to carb.
Hopefully this will work out well.
