I brewed on Saturday and my beer doesn't seem to be fermenting.

Did you take an hydrometer reading at start ? Take another and see if it has dropped.

And here I am getting worried because it's 48 hours and I've got no action. Thanks......I'll wait the "recommended" 72 hours, take a hydrometer reading, then repitch. This is unusual......I've never had a pack of Nottingham fail to take right off. Of course it's only a month before the expiration date......but it's still "before."
