Looking to make Denny's Waldo Lake Amber only to find out I only have 3.2lbs of carared instead of the 4lbs required for a 10 gallon batch. Here's what i have that i can sub in. Caravienne or Honey Malt. I'm leaning towards the honey malt myself.

ixnay on the honey malt. Caravienne is closer in color and flavor. I never use more than a pound of honey malt in anything. It gets too be too much.
