Brewed this beauty 3 months ago and wow...... Lovely beer.
nice a refreshing with a nice malt flavor and slight spice hop flavour from the saaz used.
Will definatly brew this again but probably 10 gallons ready for the summer the we probably WONT get as usual.

Looks awesome!! I brewed a Czech Pilsener about 3 months ago too. It is so good I wish I made more than 5 gallons...
 
Yeah I wish the same.... We learn by our mistakes I spose.
Think im going to brew it next week so its ready in plenty of time.
im also going to make a light lager with mostly rice for my mother inlaw as she has found out she is diabetic so figured that with a high rice lager it should be lower in calories for her to enjoy
