I made a session IPA. It's been in the primary for 2-2.5 weeks. Was thinking of putting it right into the corny keg for secondary/ carbonation and letting it sit another 2-3 weeks.

Would putting it In the kegerator after only 2 weeks change the outcome? ?

I'd say go ahead and keg it. IPAs are usually enjoyed fresh anyway, no need for the secondary

That's the same thought process I had. It's sitting in the keg right now, I just haven't put it in the fridge yet. Some pressure has built so it looks like the yeast is still working a little bit...

The pressure build up might just be CO2 coming out of solution... If you maintained proper temperatures throughout the fermentation, two weeks should be more than enought time for the yeast to finish fermenting and perform a clean up.
