Hey HBT! I got a 15g Blichmann Boilermaker for Xmas and was looking to install a whirlpool to run off a March pump on my rig.

What options do I have at my disposal to build this? I'm trying to avoid drilling into the sides of the pot if at all possible. Pictures tell 1,000 words :)

I drilled a hole up near the rim and installed a bulkhead with a male camlock in the outside and an elbow on the inside. I then attached a 1/2male by compression adapter and had a 1/2" stainless tube bent to go to the bottom and run the whirlpool. You could get a tube with a U bent to hook over the lip of the pot and use a spring clamp to hold it in place I suppose.
 
That could def work. What are your thoughts of drilling into the lid instead?
