Not a whole lot to work with there. That's more about your water being safe to drink.

In general, you need (some of which are on there):

Calcium (Ca)
Magnesium (Mg)
Sodium (Na)
Sulfate (SO4)
Chloride (Cl)
Bicarbonate (HCO3)
pH is helpful too.

Try calling them and speaking to the lab. They may be very helpful if you tell them you're a brewer.

I don't have anything to add, but its always good to see a SC brewer! I grew up on JI and went to school at Clemson.

Nice Edcculus, where are you at now? My wife and I live on James Island. We moved here from Oregon a few years ago. The weather is great, but the job market is terrible. :)

But still, no place like the lowcountry, eh?

I got a job in Cleveland after I graduated. I still love the lowcountry, but I definitely don't miss the heat! Have you been to the Charleston Beer Exchange yet? Its not a homebrew store, but it has a GREAT selection of beer. Their Rare Beer Tuesdays are awesome too.
