Is this too much hops for a Sweet Stout

Brewing a Chocolate Milk Stout but don't want the hops to be overpowering.

1 oz East Kent Goldings - 60 min
1 oz Fuggle ------------- 30 min
1 oz Willamette ----------5 min.

Thanks for any opinions.

No, and those are good choices for the style.
