My first all grain was Edwort' s hause ale and due to a dumb mistake I ended up with a gallon too much water in my finished wort. I knew it would be watery so I dry hopped half an ounce of cascade to add extra flavor.

It is in the keg right now and I have to admit that it does not taste half bad. Kind of like a Lite IPA. The Bud Lite Crowd really like it. I don't think that I would make it this way again but I am glad that it is still drinkable.

Add some DME near the end of the boil. You can add it in Beersmith as well as the water so you know how much to add.
