All stocked up for National Homebrew day tomorrow. 10-gallon batch of IPA!

10-gallon final volume
12-gallon stating volume
12lb DME
1lb Crystal (20L) steeping grains
4 oz Northern brewer (60min)
1 oz Cascade (30min)
1 oz Saaz (15min)
1 oz Saaz (0min)
2 oz Saaz (dry hop) (1oz in each 5-gal carboy)
1 vial WhiteLabs WLP002 (english ale) (1000ml stater 2 days on stirplate)
2 tbsp 5.2 stabilizer
2 whirlflock tablets
1 seryomyces capsule
I also had 2 oz of Cascade whole leaf hops I picked from a friend last summer. I added them, a few cones at at time, every few mins from 30min until the end of the boil.
Target gravity was 1.053, I hit 1.050
Calculated IBUs is 72.5. I didn't take into account the 2 oz od cascade added randomly.
This picture was taken this morning, 14 hours after pitching yeast.
