Boring post I know but I'm just delighted to be back at it
I brewed my last batch 6 mths ago. Since then I have opened a pub (doing well but hard work) & had no time to brew..... Anyways I tried my last brew the other night & guess what the ADDICTION reared its ugly head. I decided to brew 2 of my tried & tested brews, hidden stash lager and devils sidekick dark lager. I also finally got around to taking out the freezer unit of an old fridge to complete my fermentation chamber. Brew day is next Tuesday and I can't wait
