Well I finally got my second brew underway last night. It's the Brewers Best Cherry Wheat. Everything went as planned. This morning the yeast was at work with the airlock bubbling every 2 to 3 seconds. I'm now at work and hope it doesn't get crazy!:)

If you're worried, or if you come home to a krauzen-splattered room, you can use a blowoff tube in a jug of water to serve as both airlock and krauzen-catcher. Search the forums here for pictures and descriptions, there are plenty of them.

Checked on it at lunch and was still going strong, but no sign of foam yet. I need to rig up a blow off tube. Does wheat beer ferment at a stronger rate? Do I need to worry?:D
