Does anyone have any good recipes for a fresh hop beer? I am harvesting my homegrown hops and am wondering if I should dehydrate or just use them. I have - Nugget, Cascade, Chinook, and Willamette. Thanks.
 
Check out my recipe in my profile. It's called toilet water ale I think. It was a wet hopped american amber that turned out great.
 
Use them in your regular recipes, about 6x by weight. IPAs really show off Fresh hops the best.
 
I'm a huge fan of Founders Harvest Ale and Southern Tier's Harvest Ale. I would really like to get a clone of either of these and make it soon. I've been search the innarwebs for a Founders clone with no luck. Still in search of....
