So ... I'm just finishing up my "everything in a toolbox" build (a la Boerderij_Kabouter's "Simple" brewery) ... got a pump, 2 SSRs, PID, etc., in there. I'm running 2 elements at 120v. SS toolbox.

I want to put some cooling in there, so I've got 2 computer case fans I've scavenged. My question is this: if I put 2 fans in, do I want both of them pushing air out of the toolbox, or one pulling air in and one puling air out? Are there locations for them that will make them more effective? Or does any of this even matter?

Kind of dumb question, I know ... just trying to get things right.

Thanks all! :rockin:

I know for computers, you want intake and exhaust, can't imagine it would be any different here.

Blow cold air in, the hot air will be forced out.

Unless you have a completely sealed box, then you'll need an exhaust.
