Brewing a RIS. This will be barrel aged. How's it look? I've never done one before.

Should be good, the grain bill looks a lot like the Yeti clone I did a couple months ago. It's one of the best beers I've made so far. Here's something close to what you have to look forward to.

I mashed a little high at 158 to keep the FG a little high on this one--It finished a 1022.
 
I prefer a good amount of flaked grains in my stouts, flaked barley primarily.
 
I'd consider WLP007 for your yeast. Attenuates big beers very well and is recommended for Imperial Stouts and big IPA's.

This. I use this in my Extra Stout. My RIS is a little bigger, so I have to use WLP099 (Super High Gravity). Ended up at 16.3%. :D
