One of my good friends that is in town wants to learn more about home brewing so we'll be brewing a Barleywine on Wednesday. I will be picking up the ingredients later today and wanted to see if anyone has suggestions for my 1g recipe. The next time he's in town won't be till Christmas so I plan on aging it at least 6-7 months before opening even one bottle. I don't have my BrewTarget recipe in front of me but this is the malt and hop bill. I think it comes out to almost 10-11% abv and around 160 IBU's. This recipe is loosely based on a Bigfoot clone that I found. Any suggestions/thoughts?
