I wonder how many times you can 'surge' your beer before it's completely flat. I would think that after the initial pour you would want to discourage huge N2 and CO2 discharges.
I guess you have to get a special can that doesn't have the wigget in them. So it would be hard to use over here since they don't sell those cans here.
