Ok, so my co2 tank leaked out overnight and I need it refilled before Friday. Anyone know of a place near hanford California that will fill it for me??? Please help!!!

The problem is, it's a new tank and doesn't have a sticker on it
Sticker is only a couple of dollars, since it is new it doesn't need to be hydro tested. The place you get it filled will more than likely just charge you and put sticker on.

Same here. If it's a new tank and within the hydro date, any place should fill it. Fire extinguisher shops and welding shops often open early (7AM) and some can fill while you wait.
When I got my tank filled, they were required to put a sticker on it. Looks like it is a transportation related sticker. It may not be required in all states.
