Tea in Traditional Mead...Darjeeling?

I have quite a bit of darjeeling tea on hand and I was wondering if it would be ok to use this in one of my next meads. Is there an ideal kind of tea leaf to use when brewing?
 
I usually use black with a little bit of green. I think though am not completely sure the ones to avoid would be any containing much volatile oils.
