I have been brewing for years but about to keg for my first time. I usually let all my HB sit in the primary for a month, then bottle and usually don't taste for another 2 months. I have found that gives me the best results. I just did a wheat beer and I'm 3 weeks into it. Was thinking about legging this weekend figuring it would be ready in 2 wks. Does this seem ok, or should I leave in primary longer like I usually do. I guess what I'm asking is whether it will age well while its being carbonated. Thanks

Yes, it will age while carbonating. I wouldn't let it go for your usual 2 months though (like you stated). Most wheats don't like a lot of aging.
