Newbie, on my third batch...
I have an option of the regular priming sugar that came in my recipe kit, corn sugar, or beet sugar rocks (used in Belgian beers).
I want to know the pros/cons of each, please. This particular batch is a wheat beer, but I guess I just need some general info.
