Experimenting on a 3 gallon partial mash recipe for SWMBO. I'm not a fan of fruit beers myself, but she has been wanting me to brew one so I figured I'd give it a shot and try something new.

Here's what I have so far:

1.5lbs - 2 row
1lb - White wheat
2.5lbs - Wheat DME
.5oz - Fuggles @ 60 mins
.25oz Fuggles @ 5 mins
2oz Raspberry Extract @ bottling
Wyeast 3056

Beersmith show an OG of 1.057.

Anyone have any recommendations for changes?

Fruit extracts don't have good reputations, though I've never used one and can't testify either way. Otherwise, it looks higher gravity than a typical summery fruit beer, but that's OK. That yeast strain is semi-neutral, which seems good.

I've seen good and bad experiences with the extract so I figured I'd try it out. I knew I was a little high on the gravity but I'm shooting for a little higher ABV.

Thanks!

Got to thinking about the recipe and decided to try my first AG BIAB.
