Brewed this on December 14 of 2011. Kegged two weeks ago and just tapped.
The end result is a massive bomb of roasty, chocolaty, hoppy goodness at 19% abv. I dry hopped with a pound of Amarillo so I lost about a gallon, but 4 gallons of this stuff is going to last a while.
All in all it cost close to $250 but it is so worth it.

2 packets wyeast Irish ale 2 gallon starter
18 lb Marris otter
1 lb Chocolate Malt
1 lb Flacked Barley
.75 lb Roasted Barley
.60 lb Crystal 60
.75 lb Special B malt
.5 lb Black patent
.5 lb Rye
.5 Wheat
60 min 2oz Columbus
2oz Nugget
55 min 1oz Nugget
50 min 1oz Nugget
45 min 1oz Columbus
1oz Nugget
10 min 1oz Amarillo
2 min 1oz Amarillo
added towared the end of the boil
.5 lb dark candi belgian sugar
4 tablespoons dark molasses
end result was a solid 1.16
