I'm planning on using a Ranco ETC 111000 to control temp on my kegerator build. I'm also planning on using a tower cooler with my setup. Question is can I wire another female plug into it and plug in the tower cooler power supply so it only turns on when the controller turns on the fridge to cool it down?
 
Yes. It might be easier to just put a single gang box with a regular duplex receptacle (instead of two female plugs). That will give you the two outlets you desire.
 
Thanks I guess I'll go that route. Can you just connect the box directly to the bottom of the controller?
