I was thinking about this. It has a continous flow which means it can process into a seperate bowl so you won't be processing into the blender jar & remilling the grain at the bottom over & over. You would get more or less the same grain through the entire batch. Just my thoughts.
If I recall correctly, I believe there are even breweries (and home brewers) that moisten their grain slightly prior to crushing in order to aid in keeping the husk pliable enough to remain intact while crushing the insides.
