Recipe Help

These are the ingredients i have on hand. I was going to try and make two 5 gallon batchs. But i'm not very good a creating recipes. So need some help Please!!!!

I have 12Lbs of Amber LME
1lb pure raw honey

Specialty grains i have
1lb Special Roast
1lb Carmel Wheat
1lb Roasted Barley
1lb Crystal 40
8oz Biscuit Malt
4oz Honey Malt

Hops in the freezer i have
1oz Cluster
1oz Galena
1oz Czech Saaz
1oz Columbus
1oz German Tradition
1oz Millenium

I have Safale US-05 and Safale US-04 in the fridge

I know it is a bunch of random stuff. But its basically left overs and stuff i bought on impulse. Can any recipes be made with just these ingredients. I was thinking like a brown ale or English Brown etc.. Any help would be great Thanks all.

Oh and i usually boil about 3 gallons of water. Then once the boil is over i top of the fermenter with cold water to reach 5 gallons.
