So I aerated into a 7.5 primary and the boil to mix with cold water then siphoned in to a 5 gallon glass. (Would have left it in the 7.5 but the airlock grommet cracked). After I siphoned into the 5 gallon I it seems low, I must have lost some during the straining and was prob a bit short on the cold water to begin with. The beer has been fermenting for two days now, and its going crazy! The blow by is pumping air into the bucket like a kid with his chocolate milk. Issue is I am loosing some beer in the process, to a batch that was already short. Is it okay to add clean water to he fermenter at this point to bring me back up to 5 gallon?
