Closet beer cellar question

I am turning a small 80 square foot closet into a beer cellar. I have insulated the walls and added shelves. I have a portable AC unit that is supposed to cool a 250 square foot room to 61 degrees. I cannot get the closet below 70. I even tried another AC unit and no change. I have the exhaust venting out through the attic.

Any ideas?

Well the door might be letting the cool air out.
