Who has tried one? Good or bad?
I've found many recipes for various flower based meads or wines. While I think the idea is very interesting I worry they will end up tasting like soap/perfume.
Hibiscus would be the exception, as they have a citrus-y taste and not much smell.
So for anyone who has made and/or tasted one, how was it? Worth making?
