i just smacked a pack of american ale yeast and can not find my stir bar duh. do i leave the yeast at room temp or put it in the fridge. i plan on making silve dollar porter on sunday if i am not to hung over from the testy fest in byron ill.please help the idiot.

Leave it at room temperature, then pitch it in a starter after a few hours when it has swelled up.
