Cloning a Brown Ale from a local nano. They bill it as a Northern Eglish brown. Taste is very toasty/nutty with just a little hop presence. I spoke with a guy who works there last weekend and he told me they use biscuit and aromatic and Goldings hops. Base malt is MO.
Putting together a recipe and came up with this. Too bready/biscuity/malty? Should I drop the biscuit and aromatic to 4 oz?

.5 oz Northern Brewer 60min
1 oz Goldings 10min
