Cloning a Brown Ale from a local nano. They bill it as a Northern Eglish brown. Taste is very toasty/nutty with just a little hop presence. I spoke with a guy who works there last weekend and he told me they use biscuit and aromatic and Goldings hops. Base malt is MO.

Putting together a recipe and came up with this. Too bready/biscuity/malty? Should I drop the biscuit and aromatic to 4 oz?

8lb Maris Otter
8oz Biscuit
8oz Aromatic
8oz Caramel 60
4 oz Chocolate

.5 oz Northern Brewer 60min
1 oz Goldings 10min
1 oz Goldings 5 min

I would cut your biscuit and aromatic in half- the maris will contribute plenty of bread and toast. Go down to 4oz of each and add a half pound of MO. You could even go up on the caramel depending on how the beer tastes. Hop schedule looks good, maybe move your 5m addition to flameout (not much difference between a 10m and a 5m addition).
