Made this twice down here while living in Mexico.
5 Gallon of fresh apple Juice and 2lbs of Piloncillo (Mexican Raw Cane Sugar) WL English Cider Yeast.
Just keep popping the yeastcake on the top with some nutrient.
The Piloncillo leaves a realy nice dark flavour aftertaste. Amazing
What a drink for the outdoors.
Add a little of the same apple juice to back sweeten some ice, to keep away the skull splitter in the morning.
