Yesterday I brewed a Dead Guy Ale from Brewcraft, utilizing the Wyeast Pacman. The instruction sheet left out a few details. Wondering if anyone could supply the missing data so I can update my recipe.
Specialty grains - not specified
DME - not specified
Expected OG and FG - ?
Anticipated ABV ?
Bittering hops - ?
Aroma hops - ?
IBUs - ?
My OG was 1.070 for the 5 gallon final wort. I don't have oxygen capability and I only pitched the one activator smack pack. Would an OG this high have needed more yeast? According to the kit, one pack was listed and no mention of a starter, so I didn't make one. I'm currently fermenting at 61F
