I am new to this hobby and read all I can. A couple of ?
1. Lager is just a time at a cooler temp for the beer to balance and clear?
2. Can it bee done in a bottle.
3. I have a cali. common fermented at 64 with s-23 been 2weeks in primary 2 weeks in secondary. It says 2 month beer is that before bottle or total time(I know it will get better with some age)
