I have now brewed so many different styles, that I have hit something of a doldrums state...i.e., what to brew next?
What do YOU think is the best, most delicious recipe that you ever brewed.
I have a storage room full of porter, robust porter, dark brown porter, scottish, ESBs, and several Belgians. What I cannot drink is anything with tons of hops...it tears up my stomach and throat. Too, I have a distinct dislike for super sweet varieties such as Guinness XXX in bottles. Have been thinking of trying a totally different style such a a really good pilsen since I have never done a lager.
Recommendations?...I want to pursue something really special!
