Could someone give me advice on a recipe for a Belgian Stout? Anything I should add, delete or change? Thanks in advance!

Belgian Pale Ale - 13 lbs, 0 oz
Briess Organic Munich 10 - 2 lbs, 0 oz
Briess White Wheat - 1 lbs, 0 oz
Crisp Chocolate Malt - 1 lbs, 0 oz
Briess Roasted Barley - 0 lbs, 12 oz
Special B - 0 lbs, 8 oz
De-Bittered Black - 0 lbs, 4 oz

Kent Goldings, UK Pellets
2.5 oz @ 60 mins
Kent Goldings, UK Pellets
2.5 oz @ 2 mins

Wyeast Labs Belgian Ardennes - 3522
 
I haven't brewed it, yet. When I do I may back off the roasted barley. A few months ago I brewed a stout with 1 lb of roasted barley (out of 22 lb grain bill), and I felt it may have been little much.

Do you mind posting your recipe? Keep me updated on how yours turns out.
