So I have my first mead under my belt. Been in the primary for about a month now and everything seems to be going good. Plan on moving it to secondary some time this month and I was just wondering if there is anything I need to do/add to the mead for long term storage? I do not plan on back sweetning, or carbing it. This is the recipe I came up with, just in case it matters.
10# clover honny
3 gal water
5# frozen then thawed black pie cherrys
2 pk's Lalvin D-47
a bit of yeast nutrient, yeast energizer, and pectic enzyme.
