Has anyone made one? I'm thinking of a spray manifold of PVC or PEX, with stems to set a case or two of bottles on at a time, and spray star-san upwards into the bottles. either a second manifold or a couple of valves could be used to convert for carboy/keg washing.

Any thoughts?

Put in a valve to throttle down the pressure. Otherwise you might have some rockets taking off. Another approach is to start kegging. :)

I actually tried this once and failed. The pond pump could not put out enough pressure to spray through the nozzles. I think that pond pumps are more about flow and less on the pressure. If you get it to work I would be inerested to see it.
