DKershner has the Keineweizen which seems like it is kinda what I am looking at.
But wondering is the BW a steep or mash?
Did you Malt the BW?
What about Millet?
I am pretty new and limited on the stuff I have and working my toys up (no grain mill yet)

Just noticed in notes BW was in grain sack so steep only, but was it malted?
