Hi all.
a question purely for my personal curiosity.

If I were to keep repitching yeast with boiled and cooled sugar after primary(9 days), what would happen? Would my alcohol percentage go up? would my batch become contaminated?

You'd waste a lot of time, add "off" flavours to your beer, risk contamination and raise your ABV by "not much".

You're making gallons of beer, if you want a bit more buzz, have another. :)

Adding more malt to your next brew is the best way to make it "stronger" without adding bad flavours into the mix.
