I want to bottle 30 gallons of beer tomorrow and would like to cold crash prior to bottling. My attached garage has an ambient temp around 45-48 F and the projected low outdoor temperature overnight will be 31-33 F. Should i leave this in the garage overnight or set it outdoors overnight? I am just not sure about having the beer so close to freezing temps overnight.

I would suggest more like 36-38 as your coldest range, 32 would be my absolute lowest as long as I knew I could maintain it at exactly 32 and not below.

Depending on ABV freezing point of beer varies, but it's below 32. If beer is in one fermenter it will cool more slowly than if it's in several smaller fermenters. Either way, assuming current beer temp is in the 60s, I don't think it will cool to ambient temp outside or in garage in under 24 hrs. Just my $.02.
