Should be pretty close, but I have one beef with it. WhiteLabs 500 is the Chimay strain, which would be too fruity for a Meredsous clone... Meredsous comes from Brasserie Moortgart, so it's almost certain the Duvel strain would be the right one to use. I'd go with WhiteLabs 570 or Wyeast 1388 "Belgian Golden Ale" strain, or culture the strain from a couple of Meredsous or Duvel 750s.
