Hey guys any ideas on mellowing out this sweeter high gravity beer. Heres the recipe, it turned out just to sweet for my liking, but plenty of alchol. Can I dry hopp this in a secondary? Pellets? I dunno because i've never had this problem before so all help is appreciated. Just moved to secondary (corny) today after a month in primary
